Your custom meal plan is designed just for you. It will fit your nutritional needs allowing for maximum weight

Custom Weekly Workout Schedule
Your weekly workout schedule will be customized for you. It allows you to maintain a work life balance while achieving high caloric burns or maximum gains.
Weekly Checkins
We will meet weekly to make sure you are staying on track to maintain your goals. If you get detoured, we
will create a plan to get you back on track.

How do I sign up?
You can sign up by filling out the questionnaire here.
Do you do Vegan or Vegetarian diets?
I don’t do either for the fact I’m not as versed in those styles of diet.
Am I going to get to pick the foods?
Yes, I do provide a food list that you will pick from that ranges from chicken to Pop Tarts. I build the diet only on foods you select, because who wants to eat foods they don’t like?
How many days would I need to go to the gym?
Typically, I would like a client to do a minimum of 3 days of weights. With that being said, 1 day is better than no days.
Do I have to go to a gym, or can I do the workouts at home?
I do have a lot of people that do home workouts. I tell people you would need enough dumbbells to accommodate your strength and a adjustable bench would definitely be helpful. With that being said, I believe people will see more results in a gym because of all the equipment variations.
Is there a workout included?
Yes, there will be a workout included with the plan that will be chosen by your fitness level and how comfortable you feel in a gym setting. There is also a YouTube page where you can go and see all of the exercises being executed and explained so you aren’t in the dark.
Are you certified?
I am a certified Health Coach with “ACE” and have also personal trained for the last 15+ years. I also work weekly with some of the most top-level coaches in the world to be a better coach for you. Not only do I study fitness and diet daily, I live it!
How do we do check-ins?
We will have weekly check-ins, sometimes even more often if needed where you will fill out a check-in form giving me most of the information I need for the previous week. We will make adjustments if needed.
How much weight will I lose?
That’s tough to answer for a few reasons. You need to take into consideration how much food is eating consistently, how much cardio, metabolism, age, weight, and the list goes on. I know this answer isn’t popular because everyone wants everything yesterday, but 1-2lbs a week is really the goal. We want to shoot for long term success, not a quick fix. Let’s create a diet you can adhere to long term.
